You"ll never see another one like this. I have up for auction a rare 1977 Dodge B200 Tradesman van with a Volkswagen Riviera Pop Top conversion. The odometer shows 27,xxx miles. The van has very very little rust and spent most of its life in the dry Nevada climate. The van has the following features: 360 engine automatic transmission undermount propane tank fresh and grey water tanks 200ah renege deep cycle battery charges with an isolator attached to the house battery. two burner stove two-way 12v 120v slide out fridge Shurflo water pump outdoor shower brand new plumbing and electrical all exterior light lenses have been replaced 120v hookups with plug ins throughout the interior 12v power throughout with ports throughout the interior swivel seats both the driver and the passenger portable table for the cab area additional propane access point in the floor behind the passenger seat. (connected to the main tank) great for cooking outdoors or running a propane heater in the winter, or additional fridge. slide out storage rack overhead storage cupboards loft that will sleep two or be great for storage brand new pop-top canvas from GoWesty brand new bluetooth hands free stereo butcher block counter tops exposed copper pipe plumbing wood floors cedar interior pop out table 6 inch memory foam mattress jute rug carpet in the cab area original plaid seats in great condition
brand new paint job brand new canvas brand new electrical and plumbing tires are dated 2017 and have plenty of tread There is space inside for a slide-out compost toilet but I never liked driving around with my waste in the van!
This van is like nothing you will see again for its age, in this condition, with this conversion by VW. I can only find one other one in running condition in the entire country and its in less than desirable condition to say the least. With this van you have the comfort of driving something short and small but with the option to stand up inside, or not. The panoramic view when the pop top is up is pretty spectacular. Feel the breeze in the comfort of the shade. I"d say the standing room is about 6ft 3 inches. The van has been looked over mechanically and no major issues have been found. In fact I was told by the Dodge mechanic that I have the best looking best condition first generation dodge he"s ever seen. The carburetor has recently serviced, brakes checked, and a new battery installed. Never worry about waking up to a dead battery because the 200amp hour Renogy deep cycle battery charges while you drive.
The van comes with pop out windows that can be installed on the back windows of the van. I have not had time to install them. With purchase also comes the outdoor shower attachment and mattress. As well as as service documents I have. The van did receive some cosmetic damage on the drivers side panel by the vent. I had it repaired however there is a crack in the paint. I have circled it for you in a picture in the dropbox album in the link provided. Minimal.
