Located in Richfield, Utah. PROJECT camper with wonderful potential. Great candidate for total restoration. Solid floor and undercarriage but considerable water damage to much of the ceiling and a good portion of the walls. Most of the seams inside cabinets look good. I"ve taken plenty of pics, so look them over closely and call or text for the rest. I try to be thorough but I can only attach 24 pics to the listing.
I polished a very small section of the exterior. It"s going to shine up beautifully! All windows are present and unbroken Clean Utah title Solid floor Tires are worn and should be replaced before transport. Bearings should be packed also (we can help with this) Brake, tail, and clearance lights are iffy. I would bring a set of magnetic lights to take it home Fridge is missing. Other appliances have not been tested. Water heater cover is missing. Plumbing is original and looks OK, but is untested. Fresh water tank does not appear to have any cracks. I"m unsure about the others. Please view the pictures closely. I"ve tried to capture the good and the bad, especially water damaged areas Storage is available. We understand that it takes time to arrange for pickup. We are happy to store your trailer for up to 30 days free of charge. Additional time will be considered if space is available. Trailer is being sold as-is so we are more than happy to send more pics, and answer any questions call or text (435) 828-1382. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
