20.8 Feet, Have Title and keys. All Original Keys. One key for all compartments and spare tire. Needs some work here and there. Rebuilt Carburetor. Runs and drives. Fridge works. It is 115 volts or propane. I have never ran it with propane but will try it in the next few days. Stove works good. Water pressure pump works as designed. Has a bluetooth receiver for a phone to play music installed, still needs a amp and speakers. Basically all original except the back couch bed had no cushions, so I put some together, it works well. This is a classic, as seen on escape from witch mountain, this one does not fly though. It had a roof problem above the cab, as all these tend to, I put a expensive rubber membrane on the upper part of the roof, it will never leak there again. Roof is now water tight. The roof problem made the 2x2"s above the bed above cab droop some, I would fix it but I have a lot of projects. it is still intact and fully useable as is. I was going to take to the road that is why I got this beauty, rebuilt carb and put a wheel cylinder up front. Has 60 something thousand miles. Has tire chains. Tires have good tread. The ceiling Air Conditioning works well. The Motor home has about a 20 foot cord for plugging into electricity. Hose for sewer drain and chocks for elevating the hose are included. Comes with original shower curtain, and original vinyl snap curtains for cab windows. This has a Dodge 360, Holly 2 barrell carb, 727 Automatic Trans, duelly rear end. Has a hitch receiver, no hitch. Has a spot for two batteries, one being a deep cycle battery to run inside lights when not plugged into the electric service. Only comes with the battery to run the engine. Has original jack, jack handle and wheel nut tool. Also has spare tire.
