Looking through the log and etc. It appears that the prop was installed on 8/25/1981 . The engine was rebuilt by American Aircraft Engines 11/20/2003 and was installed before I purchased it , These guys are in Tulsa OK. The only thing after that was on the next annual was a leaking cylinder and that was under warranty and they rebuilt that and then was reinstalled . We also installed a oil Filter and got rid of the screen that the Engine came with but I had no more problems. There was a guy that want to purchase it back in 2008 or 09 and the he started it and had good compression. The Engine only has about 150 or 160 hours on SMOH. The last annual was 6/13/2008. Log only goes back to 12/27/1984. Now the original Warriors were built with Alum wiring this Plane has the copper up grade.
There is only about 150 to 160 hours since major overhaul done by American Aircraft Engines in Tulsa OK. that was in 2003 just before I purchased the Plane. At last annual 2008 all ADs were good. The compression was checked by a guy that wanted to purchase in 2010 and he said all were good . The plane need to be cleaned but as far as corrosion I don"t think there is anything to talk about. The it has not been flown in 10 years. But other than those dates above there has not been nothing done to the plane except the new Battery.
