Your looking at a 1976 International 4300 with a Holmes 750 wrecker a homemade under lift and homemade spades. The under lift is hydraulic in and out and up and down is operated by the wrecker cables. The spades are hydraulic and built super tough. Truck has LED lights all the way around, tires have lots of tread but are getting weather checked. Cummins engine runs strong and doesn"t use excessive amounts of oil, recent clutch 15 speed tranny and a 4 speed splitter.
