Arizona rust free Dodge camper van. . 360 V-8. 727 auto tranny. Just cleaned/rebuilt the fuel system and got it running a few months ago. flushed radiator as well. put new battery. . was running great but now although it will idle, it dies when you take off. It wont be a problem for somebody who knows what they are doing. Im in the middle of a little health crisis and cannot do the work to finish this gem. The body is really good, as is almost all the trim. the ONLY rust on this rig is on the side door down low. it was caused by the insulation the van conversion people stuffed in the door. on the drivers side behind the door, down low theres a dent. this is the only problem with the body. This rig is obviously an Arizona native.
Im not sure if the milage is actual or not (says 30k). the thing has obviously sat for some years and its been painted but i think the milage just may be original. title says its unknown. the door hinges are pretty tight and thats not usually the case for these 70s vans when the milage is over 100k. also the trim piece that goes all the way around the van is absolutely dent free. . I just cant see this being the case with over 100k. These camper vans often got bought and not used much. . Here in the west they sit out in the sun and it really blasts em. The thing HAS been painted. .its a tossup really.
The drivers door does not open from the outside and the rear left door is missing the latch handle. the inside of the van is typical 70s van conversion crap but its mostly all there. The windshield has a crack but is serviceable. All the other glass is good. the dash pad is all cracked but i have a perfect one here to include. The van has A/C but the compressor is gone. Tires hold air but i would not drive any great distance on them. I would recommend that you trailer this van away. . If you"re buying from afar, i have a contact for shipping. its often cheaper than coming a long way with your own trailer.
