Vehicle description
The previous owners gutted it, replaced rotted subfloor, installed laminate flooring, and painted the exterior. I bought it with the intentions of making it into an office but it never happened. I don"t know if the AC or plumbing is functional because I never hooked it up but I was told that it was. There is a small piece of subfloor that the previous owner didn"t replace (see photos). Every other piece of rotted subfloor has been replaced. This is still somewhat of a project but a lot of the hard work has been done. There are not any large dents or dings, however there is an area that is wrinkled due to a minor accident. Frame is solid and tires are in good condition .
