This 1975 MCI- MC-8 has been properly converted to a Motor Home. Newly Rebuilt Detroit Diesel Motor and an Alison Automatic Transmission. Both have about 6,000 miles since rebuild. There is a Jacob"s Brake system installed as well as an engine mister system. This RV is fully functioning in every way. Starts right up and runs great. This bus has had every tire replaced with brand new tires, not cheap recaps; over $5,000 spent on tires alone. There is a central vacuum system, solar rooftop panels, two air conditioning units that both blow ice cold! There is an Onan Diesel Generator that is practically brand new. Tons of storage under the bays as well as inside the coach. Solid Oak Custom Cabinetry as well as Corian Countertops throughout. There is a queen size mattress in the bedroom that lifts up for extra storage underneath. The closets are lined with cedar. There is also a smaller sink in the bedroom area. The bathroom has a 6 foot tall stand up shower with glass door, a sink, two closets as well as a porcelain air toilet. The kitchen area comes complete with a stove and oven, a Norcold refrigerator and freezer, a microwave and a double sink with instant hot water. There is interior storage areas galore on this coach. There is a booth style dinette area as well as two couches/ twin beds in the living area. Moving on to the drivers cockpit, there is also seating for a co-pilot next to the door. There is so much more details about this bus, no expense was spared building this custom coach. This coach was used to travel to Alaska and across the U.S. it is fully capable of being a permanent residence again. There is books of receipts and documentation that pertain to this build.
