1975 GMC 260 26" PALM BEACH Vintage Motorhome Class A RV 89k Miles NO RESERVE! !. great running unit, has olds 455 with fresh rebuild and TH425 3 speed transmission also with a fresh rebuild. Coach has been driven approx. 1000 miles since drivetrain overhaul. Parts receipts included in paperwork. All labor done in house. California Coach always been in California since built other than trips. This Coach is SMOG EXEMPT in the state of California, Clean California title in hand. . All 6 rims and tires have been replaced in the last year, the air bags were replaced approx. 5 years ago but show little to no fatigue. Everything in this coach works with only a few exceptions such as the dash A/C (both roof a/c"s work) and a few of the holding tank monitors. This coach has had some redesign inside as we were building it to function better for us. Original design of the Palm beach was a couch that turned into a bunk bead and a dinette that converted into a full. Both of these have been removed in order to extend the kitchen counter top and give the galley more room to function, a new couch was installed where the dinette used to be but it does not function as a bunk bed just a couch and a seating area for the pop out dining table and storage under the seat, all the carpet has been removed or replaced with a quality indoor outdoor or laminate flooring. new countertop installed, new microwave installed, the vacuum hoses and attachments have been removed and shelving has been installed in that cabinet. All lighting inside the coach has been replaced with LED light fixtures to improve battery life, the bed in the back has a new mattress (full) me and my wife slept in it once, the original seats are under the mattress and can be put back to original if so desired. The awning is there and functions as it should, this is the original awning from 1975 all cloth. The 6000w Onan power drawer is still there and functions as it should, comes with original operators manual and much of the paperwork from the build and many items that were installed aftermarket. The Coach does need some final details ironed out such as base boards, finish painting, etc. It can be used as is its just interior cosmetics. Comes with custom window shades made for the windshield (that"s what"s on the bed). me and my wife got an opportunity for a vintage bus conversion and have followed that dream, this is the reason for selling no need for two motorhomes, Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. .Coach is advertised locally as well so we reserve the right to end auction early.
