Great little trailer that we have used often over the passed year. The Texas title is in our name ready to be transferred. Overall condition. . Paint is good on the bottom, top paint is flaking some, glass is good and windows work properly, p.o. put in new water heater and turned it on for us, clean stove (untested), water lines have been replaced by p.o., airconditioner works fine , tows great, tires look good, floor looks good, toilet was removed (portapotty now), lights and plugs work properly, refrigerator is apartment Model, Belly pan is intact. Interior is not completely original but very clean. Please take a moment and look up the specs on trailer if you want weight, etc. let me know if you have questions. .thank you
