I aquired this camper with intentions of finishing it, but we purchased a new home this summer and this is taking up space in my building and needs to go. Here is what I know about the camper: The Good: Front section of floors have been replaced. Mid to rear seem ok. Original Fridge, stove, oven still with unit. Fridge works on electric Power seems to be working fine to the unit A/C will cycle on and run, seems cool, but checked it back in winter when it was cold outside Awning is functional and it good shape. All windows are intact Bathroom hasnt been touched other then good cleaning. Plastic has some sun bleached spots.
The not so good: Havent checked the propane system because it doesnt have tanks with it Haven"t tried the water system since sink was unhooked upfront Tires are decent but not great. There are some dents on front corner and 1 on rear.
I will update with more pictures Tuesday when I can get to the unit. I do not have title, only bill of sales. In Kentucky it needs to be finished to apply for new title as the trailer hasn"t been registered since 2010. I can aquire title or just do bill of sale. Text with questions 270 670-8156
