This was our little start-up camper when we first started camping. We like to renovate retro things and we spent a lot of time and $$ bringing this back to a clean, workable and unique condition. A camper that catches a lot of looks and inquires. She will create many new memories for her new owner. So easy to hook up and tow! Condition: Has been dry stored for 5 years but unfortunately got caught in a hail storm before we acquired it and left some damage to the front skin. Very minor but you can see it in photos. Solid frame and body. Excellent condition! Size: 10 feet long (total 13 feet including the towing tongue) 900 (GVW), which can be towed easily with almost any vehicle with a 2” hitch. Outside 10’L x 7" W x 7.8’H. Inside 9’5"L x 6.5’ W x 7" H. The length of the bedding area is 6.5’ x 5.5’. Bedding Sleeps 2 adults. One fold out cushion bed using the bench seating Kitchen: 3 burner gas stove, has a built in ice box (that looks like a refrigerator, has a built in drain that drains to the outside of the camper), utility drawers, and cabinets (See pictures). Original molded kitchen sink and counter in a beautiful yellow color! Other Amenities: The bug screens on windows and door are new. Front fiberglass rock guard over window is original and works great as an awning when not driving down the road Has NO bathroom, but the small closet can accommodate a portable potty Closet to hang clothes, open shelving for quick storage Storage compartment under seats 110v hookup with extension card and surge protector on inside One propane tank to operate heater and gas stove which work great 6-10 gallon water tank, we do not use because we bring our own drinking water Took out the pump that operates the water tank but could easily hook back up Lighting: Three interior lights. One over counter, one in storage area with microwave, one over dining and seating area Tail lights, running lights, stop lights, and turn signal are all in working order. Tires and Exterior: Both tires are NEW Comes with a NEW spare tire Comes with leveling jacks All windows can be opened Hand cracked ceiling vent
We love the size of this camper because we can easily pull it with a small sized vehicle with a 2" ball. If you are looking for something that you can escape the hustle and madness this is the ticket! All ready to go, nothing to repair or add. Just hook it up and go. We have needed to get a larger one for our family so this needs to be passed on to someone that can take it out and enjoy. Not many like this one and in this condition!
