I am in the process of locating the title and will be able to post and update the information. My daughter and I purchased this to make a tiny home and were in the process of starting the rehab. She decided to go off to college. . . . . . . .thus, our tiny home plans didn"t work out. The electrical, air conditioner, stove all work. There are two sinks; one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. The stove/oven is almost like new. All of the cupboards are clean and I will clean the carpet and remove the stored items you see in the photos. All of the crank out windows are in working condition, one pane will have to be replaced, not the entire window. The vent did have a small leak and there is water stains on the ceiling in a couple of spots but it is dry and if you would like I can kilz that area prior to your pickup. The tires have sat for two years, but remain aired up and look pretty good. The jacks will be included with the camper. This is a darling vintage camper and will make someone an awesome rehab project.
