1974 GMC Motorhome from Harrah"sCollection Rare, mostly original-Condition,bought new by Harrah"s Club, Reno Cruise in style in this retro 1970"s motorhome, with a very coollook and groovy feel! Only 59k original miles! Documentation shows original owner,Harrah"s Club, and two owners since: Lowell Thomas (a realtor in InclineVillage, NV) purchased in 1985, and the current owner (seller) purchased in2010. THIS IS REALLY A RARE OPPORTUNITY! This motorhome runs and drives, and comes complete with on-boardgenerator, roof-top Air Conditioner; cooktop (new), and large fridge/freezer(newer). This exceptional RV comes with the original GMC Owner"s Manual, andmany service invoices. CONDITION: GOOD CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT (especially for 47 years old).Exterior has been repainted (receipts for the auto paint are dated year 2001).See more information below under DETAILS! INTERIOR : Mostly original condition, with some updates: cook-top is likenew, the fridge is newer (unknown when replaced). All original cabinetry,cushions, curtains, etc. in good condition. There is evidence the rear roofvent was left open and rainwater entered, running down to the upper cabinets,where minor (amateur) repair work was done (see pics). The rear emergency exithandle is missing. EXTERIOR : Molded fiberglass exterior for easy cleaning and lowmaintenance. There"s no cracks in any window glass, but at least one windowlatch is missing (passenger side, slider, next to dinette). There are a fewscratches/rubs in the body paint (as would be expected in an RV that was drivenand used), but no dents or major damage. ENGINE : Runs and drives GREAT! It starts right up. IMPORTANT : we are not mechanics and recommendyou have your own mechanical/drivetrain assessment performed. According to thereceipts (see pics), the engine was completely rebuilt 2/26/1993, at 53,996miles, by Giff"s Automotive, Chico, CA. Only 55,821 Original Miles CHASSIS, ENGINE & TRANNY: This legendary RV is built by GMC atop their own GMCchassis. It has a 455 cu in (7.5 L) RocketOldsmobile V8, front wheel drive, 3-speed TH-425 automatic transmission. TIRES & SUSPENSION: Tires have very good (like new) tread and hold air perfectly,but show small, hairline cracks on the sidewalls; therefore, we recommend buyerhas tires inspected and/or replaced before any major driving. The airsuspension appears to be in working condition (it raises and lowers with thebuilt-in compressor). TITLE: Good title (Oregon), guaranteed free from any liens and/orencumbrances.
