Condition described to the best of my knowledge below:
Reason for selling : Vehicle is too large for my needs. ($2108.24 spent on repairs is my loss and your gain)
Title : Clear title in hand (free from liens).
Mileage : 61,662 miles at time of listing
Interior : Decent Unmolested Original Interior. Upholstery has no rips, tears or stains. PO installed permanent rear Queen bed (no mattress)
Engine/Transmission/driveline : starts easy and runs well. No noises. Hoses and belts are old. Fuel filters and air filter new. RH CV joint boot needed. Power steering/wipers ok. AC untested. Belts and hoses show age. Slight sweat of engine oil, no dripping leaks. unknown engine size, likely original.
Chassis : New shocks all round, good airbags (Dan Hensley type), Functional air system with power leveling but looses pressure overnight (has shutoff valves at the bags to keep vehicle up). Two new front radial tires, rear tires should be replaced. Rear Fuel tank and fuel selector valve are disconnected. Fuel gauges do not work. Surface rust on the frame, no rot.
Onan generator/Electrical : untested. Battery combiner is disconnected.
Refrigerator : Untested.
Propane system : Functional range and furnace. shutoff valve at tank has a leak.
Water/bathroom : untested.
Rooftop AC : untested
General : No water damage. Original keys and a spare set.
