Vehicle description
EZ Loader Duel Axle Boat Trailer
Trailer measures 27.5 ft. from hitch to farthest roller.
Model is 24T5000 Serial Number 451500 Date 8/74 Front 3500 lb. Rear 3500 lb.
The trailer is equipped with Bearing Buddy caps and a Surge-O-Matic Brake Actuator. Both require maintenance. The brake actuator is not operational and will have to be re-built/repaired.
DICO CO INC MODEL 10 Surge-O-Matic Brake Actuator 10,000 Lbs. Gross Load Capacity 1,000 Lbs. Tongue Load Capacity
The pivot points for all the rollers were replaced and work. The tires currently hold air, but will need to be replaced. There are 2 spare wheels on the trailer which do not have tires mounted on them. The frame is lightly rusted but otherwise in good condition.
Please let me know if you have any questions, but be aware I am not a mechanic and will need your guidance. Please be as specific as possible and I will do my best to get the answer for you.
I believe the receiver will need at 2 1/4 inch ball.
Since this weighs less than 4,000 lbs., there is no title required in Ohio. Instead, a weight slip must be used to get a plate for the trailer. See Ohio BMV and DNR web sites for accurate instructions.
