Nice airplane. Flew 160-hrs last year. Ready to go. Control cable AD complied with. High-time engine, 2,190 SFRM & mid time 1,100 STOH. Popular Grove TOP. Burns 1-qt in 15 hours. We do 25-hr oil changes. No metal. 14V airplane Starts on 2-blade swings. Tanis heater. All logs. Prop is 250-hrs SNEW & 2 blade. ADS-B Out. KFC 200 Autopilot & FD, GNS 430W, Stdby Gyro.
