My purchase last fall. I started tearing it apart and quickly realized I was way over my head having zero carpenter skills. This needs some love and more energy than I can muster up.
Positive side: nice size, Windows crank nicely, doors close and lock properly, nice closet in bathroom, I have all the bed cushions and covers which are surprisingly in good shape.
Negative: Roof has had past leaks and most likely still leaks somewhere (we had it covered until a couple days ago.). I do have all the kitchen drawers somewhat rough, tub cracked and leaked until floor rotted unsafe floor in bathroom. So bathroom ceiling and flooring the worst condition. Any questions I will do my best to answer or take photos. Newer water tank not hooked up. I have not tried to turn on any appliances and have no intention of trying to. Caulk job on outside horrible. Water heater old and leaked. The front corner on the inside on the left side has been tore apart you can see this in one of the photos. It is where the water heater is. I also have the original kitchen table. My loss your gain.
