Relisting due to buyer backing out. 1007 miles away and other issues. It wastes my time and others who really want the camper. I will refund your deposit if your not satisfied with the camper ONLY after you look at it in person. No reserve and no Buy It Now. 1973 Safari camper made in Portland Oregon. You don"t see many of these with a rear door. Box is 9" 8" and from bumper to hitch is 15". Tongue has been professionally extended to accommodate the spare and making it easier to back up. It has all the original appliances, upholstery, and carpet. All the appliances work. The brown part of the camper has been painted and the white has some touch ups. The carpet is good and the cushions are nice with some slight wear. All the windows work and have screens. Sleeps 2 adults where table folds down and 1 adult or 2 children on upper bunk. The door knob has been changed and I have the keys to it and the outside compartments. I don"t know what it weighs. This is what I have done to the camper.
New 6 ply 14" trailer tires Checked and packed wheel bearings New clearance lights. New covers for the electrical cord and water tank Removed and cleaned furnace with new thermocouple New propane regulator and hoses New battery box and wires New hub caps Camper has toilet that I don"t know how to operate and check but it seems fine. 3 burner stove with oven that works. Refrigerator with icemaker that works off electric or propane and both work. I replaced the flints. 2 110 volt outlets. One at table and one at sink. 3 electric lights and one propane light. 10 Gallon fresh water tank with hand pump at sink and also a water hose hookup with faucet. I haven"t tried the water. 5000BTU floor furnace. The roof has never been recoated and has a patch near the front. There are no leaks in the roof. The only things wrong with the camper is the dent on the front from turning it to hard and other smaller dents and dings. Frame has some light surface rust and could be cleaned and painted. There is some minor water damage at the wheels but it is minor and behind the cushion where the dent is but it is small also. The floor is solid . Includes 4 leveling jacks. 500 dollar non refundable deposit due within 24 hours after auction ends. Full payment within 7 days. Bring cash when you pick it up or contact me to work out another method. I can store the camper for up to 30 days. I have a clear title in my name.
