Beautiful well kept 1973 vintage Lark pull behind camper. Begun priming cabinets but that"s as far as i got to play with it. Solid floor, three sleeping areas, super clean stove and oven, original seat covers, port-a-John toilet, no cracks in windows, kept clean. 13 foot long. There are small soft spots in a couple areas on the wall, appears to have been a leak from before we became the owners. Been under a tarp since bought so unknown if it was still an issue. Great condition for the age. Simply put your own personal touch and love into it. We do have the title. Tires should be good, only a year old and has been rolled around on the property a few times.
