Up for sale is a 1973 Jayco 18 foot travel trailer, it is in nice condition for its age. When I purchased it from the older gentleman who owned it for years he said everything works. He updated all the outside running lights and rear brake lights / blinkers with nice LED lights. All work. He also installed a new CD player / Stereo. I have hooked up water, ran the faucet, ran the sink in the bathroom, ran the shower and tested the toilet. All work. I did not test hot water tank or furnace. I have used the burners on the stove. I have also tested all the inside lights ac and dc all work. The air conditioner does come on however I can not test it as it trips the 20 amp power supply I have outside my house. The fridge takes quite a while to cool. May be operational with gas, I have not tested or tried to light so to some it may be usable to some it may need to be replaced. The holding tank is empty and the grey water / drain pipes shown in photo do not have caps on them so when you run the water it drains on the ground. Depending on how you use the camper you may need caps. The previous owner replaced the floor in the camper, looks like he just put cheap stick tiles on the floor, they look better in the photos than they do in real life but floor is solid.
