1973 Grumman Yankee The airplane had a a prop strike in February 2020. The result was that the engine has been completely rebuilt. It has new factory cylinders, 2 new magnetos, new cam and lifters, pistons and other parts. It has a new McCauley Propeller. It had a annual in July 2020 instruments all work and new led instrument lights. Since posting the airplane for sale I discovered it has a Break in the nose torque tube requiring repair. I am making the airplane available for a lower price to cover the cost of repairs .Good buy for a mechanic who can do the work or someone who can take the money that would have gone for purchase and apply to the repair. I will now sell the airplane for 22000 dollars. The engine alone was 20000 for rebuild. O 235 Engine 105 hp 10 hours on Engine3254 airframe, Localizer, adsb newly rebuilt alt, all instruments work. This is a great little airplane after the repair.
