Up for sale 1973 Airstream International Land Yacht Overlander travel trailer. 6200 LBS. hitch ball size 2 5/16. Easy to tow, good tread on tires. This unit has been restored and previous owner spend tons of time and money on this Airs, making it very cosy and unique style in addition trailer is also has been polished which is not easy project (research online this aluminum method) as well as some polished skins and ceiling inside of the trailer, making it very interesting inside (se pics). This trailer was purchased from and insurance company therefore has salvage title. We have passed inspection on it and will be given prior salvage title in state of Missouri which goes as a rebuilt title abbreviation making it ready to go get plates in your state of residence. At the time of purchase trailer had some damage to the bottom of the rear bumper which we put right back on the trailer as well as used some gray color caulking for the trim around the bumper door, also a few tears in the belly skins which we replaced with new galvanized metal 24 inches roll. Trailer shows real good care by previous owners, as well as upgraded to TVs, satellite TV, upholstery, cabinetry, custom counter tops, walk in newer shower, glass sink, newer toilet, cork floor covering, front dinette can become a bed. Trailer comes with some wear and tear typical for almost 50 year old unit, however its nicely staged, polished and really stands out on the road(see all 24 pictures of it). We have purchased multiple Airs for the past 15 years any where from 1947 till 2020 models. New units are very nice and have a lot of needed features, but older models full of character and uniqueness which makes them one of a kind. Trailer was purchased in Washington DC area and it was brought by my driver to St.Louis Missouri area where its parked now at my house. Trailer travels good, does not pull, easy to tow, we used Toyota Tundra 2015 to pull it, it does a great job. Insurance Co. paid previous owner almost $83K for this unit, so this is very nice deal for someone who wants to get it and finish some things on it of your own likeness or leave it like it is. I would mention front door and door lock can be adjusted, I paid $140 to the local locksmith who made lock to work better and door opens and close much easier than before. Trailer is being sold in "as is" condition, what you see is what you will get, all sales are final, no returns and no refunds.
