Vehicle description
A Nice 1973 Airstream - Land Yacht - Trade Wind 25". Clean Title in hand! Well taken care of. Hook up and go camping. Two beds, toilet, shower, sink, stove, fridge, hot water tank, furnace, electric brakes. Everything is in really good condition for the age, floor is solid. More pictures upon request. Selling due to having another child, need something bigger. Own a piece of Americana.
- Includes 2 propane tanks - Ball hitch and stabilizers are included. - Turn signals, brake lights, and electronic brakes all work. Bearings looked great last year when repacked.
- Air Conditioning, Heat, and Hot water all work. The fridge works fine also, 110v only. All the 110v receptacles work, 12v plugs work. 110V converter works fine, charges the battery. Has RV to 110v plug adapter.
-New Carpet
- New Electric Jack (needs hooked up)
-New dual propane valve with auto switch to backup and gauges.
- New hand sown curtains
- Tires are good, not new but still plenty of tread left.
-New sewer hose.
- Newer large capacity battery. I have one inside, then you can wire a 2nd one outside in the box for longer run time.
-Almost all lights have been replaced with LED"s
- Water pump has been replaced.
-New shower head
- New Hot Water Tank Electronic Ignition
- Comes with Airstream manual and a general RV service book.
- The exhaust fan in the bathroom and above the stove both work.
- Has the original wheel center caps.
- Has original light covers, but I have them off they are yellowed from the heat of the old 12v bulbs. They are $20 a piece from Airstream to replace.
- Underneath looks fine, axles and all iron underneath are all solid. Just a bit of surface rust.
-Has a kitchen table next to the front bed that folds out, then another little table that folds up off the side of the kitchen cabinet.
- Windows all lock good.
- Comes with 3 sets of keys.
Needs - Couple running lights fixed and the light above the sink doesn"t work.
Could use - power washed. Couple of little holes in the fabric on the front bed, all other fabric is really nice. During hard rain, the window across from the rear bed drips on the cabinet a little bit at the bottom, just need a new window seal. When the water valve for the toilet is on, it leaks a bit inside the toilet. I have a new flush valve ready to be installed, comes with the camper that will fix this. One small hole in the center back of the canopy. New door seal, included also.
All you need to go camping is a license plate. We"ve pulled this camper a few times a year for the last few years, zero issues, pulls great.
