Updates: New interior including floors, table and bench area in the front that folds down to full size bed, kitchen area with double sink, twin size bed/sofa that pulls out to full size bed Powder room with Laveo Dry Flush toilet and sink Outdoor shower (showerhead fed through rear window and into pop up shower tent) or used campground shower. New electric and plumbing, lighting, new thermostat connected to AC unit, new fresh and grey water tanks, tankless hot water heater, water pump, New RV battery New electric tongue jack (powered by 7 way outlet with 12V line) New sway control tow package New window screens Newer tires, all hubcaps intact
Additional parts and accessories: Two Honda Generators with parallel capabilities strong enough to run AC unit Generator rack Surge Protector and 25 foot 30amp extension cord Electric heater water filter and hoses Propane camp stove Electric cooler/fridge Pop up shower tent Vintage wheel lock/theft control device Memory foam mattress and seat cushions
Trailer is not hooked up to propane, so works very well as a stationary tiny home or traveling using generators/campground hookups, RV battery will power interior lights and water pump when not plugged in. Trailer exterior lights hook up to vehicle 7 way outlet Original fridge seen in some photos was not working and removed 2 skylights and 1 vent fan, all in working order Awning is on the trailer but needs a part replaced on right side to be fully functional Leveling jacks are attached to body of trailer operated using a lug wrench (included) My tow vehicle was a 5.7L Jeep Grand Cherokee, which did great.
