Remodeled 1973 - 29 ft Airstream
I purchased in 2011 and through the years I performed replacements and restoration work. We camped a few times a year but my sons are grown and it"s now sat for almost a year. TIme to sell it.
Over my 6 years of ownership:
Replaced axle"s, shocks and brakes (safety first)
All new PEX plumbing throughout
Replaced water heater with new lightweight tankless (never run out of hot water)
Replaced AC/DC power converter and added twist lock power hook up
Installed new Ikea Kitchen cabinets and dressers
With child safety locks stopping drawers opening during transport
Ikea appliance storage roll-up door, with microwave and toaster oven, (I use a counter top cook top.)
Professionally installed quartz counter tops
Replaced original refrigerator with new (runs on propane gas and electric)
Replaced external and internal lighting with LED low voltage.
Installed new light switches and outlets
New battery
Replace all 3 vents
DIY Custom Queen Ikea bed, raises with large storage underneath
Tinted windows
Large bathroom with plenty of shower space (75% complete)
New tires 2 years ago with little use over the last few years.
Installed wall-mount TV
Stereo system installed
Wall mounted iPad tablet holder above bed for evening entertainment
Came with two extra large propane tanks

What"s left to be done. Needs a good external polish. Needs a new AC, occasionally blows circuit. Bathroom is 60% complete. Needs shower door or curtain, shower floor needs to be resealed, needs a bathroom sink.
