This 31" Sovereign was completely gutted, new subfloor, electric and plumbing put in and built back up. I went for an open an minimalist layout to make it spacious and functional. It runs off of a 50 amp connection with standard RV water and sewage connections. The rear bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress. The goucho couch also folds down to a bed as well. I had a new 1250 BTU AC and heat pump put in about a year ago, and it"s kept me cool all summer long. There are some minor improvements and maintenance projects that she could use but she is 100% functional and ready to tow or live in. I"ve been living in her for the past 4 years. The only reason I"m selling it is I"m getting married and I need the money for a down payment on a house.Please let me know what questions you have.
