I lived in this for 18 months (Not a word. .) while I built my house. It was converted to solar power. It has two golf cart batteries, a 156 watt x 24 volt solar panel. I bought all brand new appliances for it, no pilot lights to blow out when it"s windy! Everything is DSI. It has awnings all the way around that are in pretty good shape. The main awnings seams stitching is coming apart, the material is in good shape still but needs to be sewn or replaced. You could also just use it as a sun shade like I did the last couple times I went camping in it. All the tires have been replaced as well. I was going to gut it and start over on the inside, but I got divorced during the house build and never got to put up the pole building where this was going to take place. Last winter I drained all the tanks, but the water left in the lines froze and split the copper. This last summer I realized this and started to change it over to PEX before a camping trip and ran out of time. You would have to finish this before you could use the water.
