Vehicle description
1972 Silver Streak 28" trailer that has been fully remodeled to be an open concept tiny house.
It has brand new electric, plumbing (including its own water heater), and can be hooked up to any septic or sewer. It was stripped down to the studs and built back. It comes fully furnished. All furniture is brand new. It has a futon sofa that converts to a full size bed. Comes with new kitchen countertop burner and toaster oven, and 3/4 size fridge. Its tires are good and it has been towed recently. Includes a spare tire and built in leveling jacks too. Comes with 40 gallon water heater and shed that houses it, and steps. Yes, that is a clawfoot tub in the trailer :)
It is a park model, so not meant to be towed all over for camping.
Don"t know if the AC works (doubtful). It is heated by a space heater (keeps it plenty warm, at least in Washington temps).
Weighs roughly 7500 pounds.
Must be towed with a fairly large vehicle. These trailers were built without brakes, so they depend on the brakes of the vehicle towing them.
Clear title in hand.
