Vehicle description
I have a vintage 1972 Holiday Rambler travel trailer for sale. I completely refurbished this camper for the last year to take a trip with my boys out west. We are back now and I"d like to sell it. I completely gutted it down to the frame, replaced all rotten timbers and welded in reinforcements on the frame itself. I put in a new 3/4" high grade plywood sub floor with a new 3/4" southern pine floor tongue and groove on top of that. I reshethed the exterior with 1/8" lauan then covered that with .020 aluminum. The roof also has 3 new sheets of structural grade aluminum on it and is painted white and sealed. ( no leaks ). Windows were removed and cleaned and received new gaskets. I also added a couple more vintage louvered style windows, the big one in the front and one above the sink. The inside has new everything, insulation, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, sink , 10 Gallon fresh water tank with new 12V pump. The stove and stove light/fan are vintage, some of the lights are vintage. The refrigerator is 120 V only. I took the vintage one out because it was to heavy but still have it. I have 2, T150 RE deep cycle house batteries that are hooked up to the 12V system. It also has a converter that charges the batteries when plugged into shore power. The booth seats fold down into a bed which two can snuggle, the couch folds out into a bed, and then there is a top bunk and ladder. It has a 30 Amp service. I extended the bumper 24" to put a spare tire and a aluminum storage box on the back, which has 4 leveling jacks, water hoses, power cords, etc. All the cabinet doors are made from vintage ceder. The AC unit has a new pump and works great, it also has a new roof vent. It has a new hitch jack also. All exterior lights and drip caps are new. All cushions and coverings are new. 2" ball, set up for a friction, sway bar. 7 spade plug. It weights about 3500 lbs loaded. New electric brakes, tires. I know I"m forgetting stuff, but this will give you an idea. All nice wood inside, no fiberglass. If you have any questions please call or email. Thanks Aaron
