I love this little Airstream, Its been a labor of love for the past 5 years. This has a dry weight of 4825 pounds and a hitch weight of 540 pounds, it is a park model without a gray water or black water tank. I"ve painted the interior a cream with blue accents, replaced the water heater with a brand new Suburban gas/electric model. It has not been polished but is made of the older aluminum which will be very shiny when done. Had the bathroom tub and sink professionally recoated in a bright white, brand new flooring throughout, new speakers with new bluetooth sound system mounted near the original. Refrigerator is gas/electric and works with well both, magic chef oven works as it should. I"ve got the camper hooked up to a domestic waterline but it does have a 30 gallon tank you could fill and has a water pump. comes with an awning and the arms but it will need new canvas and installed, I"ve never had it up nor do I know if it is complete but it seems to be. Two 30# propane tanks and an extra bbq sized one. All 6 volt lights replaced with high output LEDs All cushions remade with new filler and a teal vintage but new fabric. Subfloor is sound and all upper outside corners are good. There is a small indentation in the front bottom curbside metal I had a new Dometic 13,500 but rooftop air-condition installed, this model also has a heat pump should you want to limit your propane use on a chilly night. Comes with a stabilizer hitch that I never used, I just hooked up to it and went. I did not buy the tires but they seem to be in good shape and hold air. I have pulled it and the lights and brakes all work 4 of the baby moon hubcaps are included. This Airstream is in north Fort Collins, Colorado and you are welcome to either come and look at or have a representative look at the unit. Buyer is responsible for shipping or pickup, I"ll help in any way but it"s at the buyers cost and they will need to set it up.
