Vehicle description
This is the second time listing this item. Since the original winner backed out I am forced to relist this and pay listing fees again. Please read the entire description and ask questions.
I am selling a 1972 Airstream from the estate of my brother-in-law. I know very little about this. I do know that he had power to it about 10-15 years ago. It has been sitting since. Please look at the pictures for more information. Ask any questions and I will answer the best I can.
I have installed new 8ply tires as the old ones were dry rotten.
I have found the original keys to the doors. And also 2 manuals. Picture of the manuals have been posted.
The trailer is 29ft including the tongue and back bumper. I added a picture from a flyer showing the size, and layout of the trailer.
I can email you or send thru Ebay pictures of anything on the trailer you want. Just ask.
Buyer to arrange pickup. Item located in Noble, IL 62868
Deposit of $250 required at close of auction. Deposit is non-refundable .
Balance due in 7 days. Balance to be paid in cash or buy Paypal with buyer paying all fees.
Item is being sold as is where is with no warranty.
Keep in mind, this has been sitting in the same place for 10 plus years. I have no ideal if the brakes, lights, plumbing, ect work. I do know that it was being used when my brother in law purchased it.
Buyer will be provided with:
* the original title in my brother in laws name
* a copy of the death certificate
* a copy of the will
* a Small Estate Affidavit
* a Bill of Sale
These 4 things are necessary to get a title in your name per the Illinois Dept of Motor Vehicle.
I can email perspective buyers a copy of these for your inspection upon request.
If the buyer would prefer. My wife can get the trailer titled into her name. And then transferred to buyer. This usually takes about a month in the State of Illinois. I have seen it take longer. Buyer must pay for trailer in full before we do this.
