1972 Airstream Land Yacht. (Original everything, from what I can tell) Tires are 4 years old with 700 miles on them. Breaks are good, lights work. Needs some TLC from someone who knows more than me. It"s a very cool trailer. Items I could not figure out: -Bathroom sink and shower water - cld not get water there, no clue why. The kitchen sink works just fine. -Capability of running off battery, another mind twister for me. Could never figure out, there are two power converters, they both work, but cld not figure out how to switch from RV power to battery. - Rear window needs replaced (approx $400) blew open during severe wind storm and broke. - Awning needs repaired - wrecked during same windstorm, I have the frame, but it"s missing some components. - I think that"s about it - oven works, frig works, heater and air conditioning work. Even the cool old radio works.
It"s a really neat trailer. Just needs help from someone more equipped than I.
There are few minor dents, pretty sure they can be repaired with dent puller. The dimple dents are from the previous owner, who had it in Arizona, unfortunately during a heavy hail storm. Not much you can do there. )
