This oldie, but a goodie is ready to go. Go camping, use as a tiny house or office. Upgraded electrical, gas stove and oven, duel fuel fridge, new electric hot water heater. All new plumbing. Fully restored bathroom, air conditioner, hardwood floors, new futon. New futon is removable, leaving the space very open if you care to reconfigure sleeping. Lots of storage. Includes retractable monitor and DVD player. Recently replaced tires, breaks and bearings. It does have some character marks, the drop down step support has minor rust, scuffs on light covers. The trailer is painted in flat black rustoleum. It looks cool this way, but is also prepped for all new paint.
