Condition The body of the trailer is in good condition. The frame is in good condition with no scaling rust. The front and rear frame have been repainted. The belly pan is all in tact with no damage. There are no "foggy" windows. It still has the original clear coat and could stand to be stripped. The aluminum would look really good once the clear coat is removed. It has new wheels and tires ($1300), new converter, and new jack. The trailer is free of any water leaks. The photos show the dents and dings accurately.
The trailer has been sitting for years, so the interior of the trailer will need some restoration work done. All water lines are original and in tact but are untested. The roof A/C and all interior lights all work. I suspect the fridge will work, but it"s currently untested. The subfloor has two patches in the front and one on the curbside rear where there was previous water damage. The tambour doors on several of the cabinets need to be repaired. We do have some new tambour door material if the new owner wants to repair them. I also have the original convertible sofa beds (not shown in photos). They would only be good for a template. This trailer is an excellent restoration candidate!
