This trailer has never been used by me, from from my understanding, one of the windows leaks, the plumbing needs some work and the refrigerator does not work. The tires need to be replaced as well. Title and current registration in hand. In overall good condition, needs some TLC. I would love to keep it, I just have no way to tow it
