| “Rare tiny camper with cold rooftop air conditioning! Well built and surprisingly roomy for its size. I really like this camper and hate to see it go! Has a real sturdy floor. Body is less than 12ft long and about 15ft total. Appliances are working! Some marker lights may need bulbs. Taillights work. The camper leaked some years ago and was sealed back then. Last year I had the roof coated with white elastomeric roof coating along with a little caulking done in areas. No visible leaks! A few small areas of the paneling shows some evidence of previous moisture if you look close.Otherwise the paneling still looks good. Ceiling material in a few spots could use repair as shown in the pictures, The camper was used this way for years. Fix as you go! Clean title in my name. No keys.. Some little dings/dents on body but still good for its age.” |

Hi,
Auctioning my little vintage camper with working rooftop A/C! I haven"t seen another like it on the internet with roof top air conditioning! Serious buyers only! No reserve! High bid wins!
I recently tested most everything including the A/C which gets cold! Fridge works on both LP and electric. Furnace works great too (see flame in pic) Little stove top works. Range hood fan and light work. TV antenna still cranks up and down with a shelf in the upper left corner for a TV. I never tested the propane lamp or manual water pump. I"m confident they work.
Non smoked in camper. Sturdy floor! Cushions and carpet are still in good shape with no tears just some light staining which can be cleaned. Basically a 47 year old time capsule inside. Entry door and screen door both open and close nice. Windows / original curtains intact. Comes with a porta potty, a portable shower, and an unopened twin pack of “Lady Scott” toilet paper from 1972! Some odds and ends still in drawers.

FYI. . the camper actually weighs 2400lbs (per weight slip) although my title states it weighs 1200lbs. Body measured11"9" and 15ft with tongue. Inside height is 6’4” good for you taller folks! The bed sizes are front 29x90.Rear lower 45x90. Rear upper 39x90.
Camper takes a 2” ball and a standard 4 prong flat plug. Good tires for your ride home, an older spare is mounted on back which folds down for better trunk access. Two sturdy rear bumper jacks included. Trailer is located about 20 miles north of the Ohio border near Adrian Mi.
Local pickup and payment due in cash within 7 days following auction. A personal check or money order may be accepted but will need to clear my bank before trailer is released. in that case it may take up to an extra week before pickup can be made. Send check ASAP! Shipping, if needed, is buyers responsibility. Sold in used condition. No refunds. as is.
Towed great last year about 100 miles. I try to be descriptive but may forget something or not be aware.
