Beautiful 1971 American Lafrance Pump. 671 DD with 6sp Allison Automatic. Originally served Bloomfield CT. Runs and drives excellent. 32k original miles. New front tires and rims, recored radiator. Goes into pump gear but I have never pumped it. Driven a few hundred miles since ownership with no issues. Has some corrosion behind the front fenders (the typical Lafrance issue) also some rot in Lower cabinet shelf and rear cabinet doors. (See pics) nothing that can’t be repaired or ignored for the time being. Air brakes work as they should. Original wood hose bed intact. Nice solid metal hose bed cover. Comes with all lights as shown and original Q siren. Also some miscellaneous equipment. Note fire extinguishers on tailboard have been since removed.
I am only selling as I have 2 other project trucks and lost indoor storage. Don’t want it to sit outside and get weathered. It’s too nice.
