Camper is currently about 80% gutted, including the ceiling and most walls, so most of the dirty work is already done for you. Bathroom and kitchen (stove, sink and heater) are still in place. In my opinion, the exterior is in fair to good condition considering age. All windows and door are in good working condition and are original. Camper has most of the original emblems on/in it. Floor is mostly solid, except for one small spot. Has original propane wall light. Tires are in good condition, ready to be towed and also comes with a spare tire rim. This is coming apart in places on seams/edges because restoration was started, but has shored up for towing purposes. This needs to be fully restored, so please understand what that means. With that being said, these are rare, hard to find campers and a great project for someone with the time! If you have ANY questions, please contact me prior to bidding/buying. Note to winning bidder/buyer: Camper is small enough to put on a car hauler size trailer (can be rented at local rental places for around $100), this enables for purchaser to travel very long distance with no problems if they prefer a plan B rather than towing camper itself.
