1970"s era Rear Engine Drag Car Project .
The race history is unknown. The frame was bought and then lengthened to accommodate a standard rear end so it would turn. It has a turbo 350 transmission, a big block Chevy engine that is completely rebuilt and runs well, and a steering system in the front with shocks. The sheet metal is currently off the car, but is included in sale. We were in process of converting back to a drag car but have lost interest in the project.
The rail frame is in good shape. It has full instrumentation on dash, headlights, seat, radiator, etc. Also, new slicks on the back, and new tires and Camaro wheels on the front. Probably worth more as parts, but could be converted back to a rear engine drag car, or might be able to be used as a street legal cruise night type vehicle depending on state laws.
Being offered at no reserve. Bid and buy. It is 21 ft long, and needs to go.
