We have two Open Roads for sale. This listing is for a 24 foot work-in-progress. Was purchased in 2016 as a renovation project by our Dad. Engine ran at the time, in order to get it into the workshop. Has not been run since. Rear split-rims replaced. Has a rear sliding glass door, but does not have a rear tailgate/patio. Dad did structural work on RV shell, was rebuilding from the inside out. Replaced siding and roofing with all new. Installed brand new Dometic fridge. Started on rewiring and did some body work before he passed away last year. Has 37,600 miles. Was purchased for $6000, with about $3000 put into it for new siding, roofing, and the fridge. Clear Title.
