This Airstream has been lovingly restored but my situation has changed and I"ve run out of time and money to finish off the project. Everything you need to know is as follows: BUILD SHEET New awning goes from white to blue Washroom gutted New fake wood laminate flooring New Dometic toilet White laminate countertops Cupboards sanded and restored or painted Skylights replaced New electric burners that can be put under the counter for extra counter space New large sized toaster oven New drawers for cutlery and dishes, the dish drawer has peg board so they don"t move New stainless steel sinks and facets Couch reupholstered and can pull out to a double bed New 4 inch foam mattresses on the beds New tankless hot water heater (not hooked up to the gas line) Closets repainted and IKEA baskets replaced in under bed cubbies Lots of storage space Kept some vintage lights and replaced others Subfloor replaced in the bathroom where necessary Updated wiring with a new transformer box Windows resealed and recaulked Exterior painted and spruced up New tail lights and tires (roadworthy) Front and rear end caps were painted to cover up where the stickers were removed INCLUDED IN SALE Stools in living room, c utlery, dishes, living room pillows NOT INCLUDED IN SALE Flowers, knick knacks, towels, bedding, glasses, pot, placemats, tray, teapot and cups. FULL DISCLOSURE This Airstream is being sold in as is condition, there were a few things I have run out of time to fix because it"s winter in Canada, they are as follows: The tankless water heater is new but it still needs to be hooked up to the gas line The screen on the living room window needs replacing The propane tanks should be safetied The electric fridge is broken because this brand is not made for trailers that winter in Canada. If this is moving to a more temperate climate then it can likely be repaired. If you are living in Canada then it will need replacing. The exhaust fan in the kitchen needs a new motor, these are about $100. There was some water damage in the shower If you want me to do these things for you so that it is 100% ready to go then we can negotiate this, my guesstimate for the additional work is about $2,500.
