“The renovation of this Airstream was a labour of love that has taken one-and-a-half years to complete. I have kept the integrity of the Airstream by restoring the original features, except for the bathroom which was completely gutted. This makes a great trailer for a family because it sleeps four comfortably to it would make a great investment for someone savvy, you can polish the exterior and flip it for more money or Airbnb it. Please see the Nitty Gritty page of my website for more photos and details. Website address: saramooreco.wixsite.com/airstream-sovereign.”

NEGOTIABLE C utlery, dishes, living room pillows. NOT INCLUDED IN SALE Flowers, knick knacks, towels, bedding, glasses, pot, placemats, tray, teapot and cups, FULL DISCLOSURE This Airstream so it is being sold in as is condition. A few things I wanted to fix but have run out of time and money for are as follows: I have not had a chance to hook up the gas to the water heater. The screen on the living room window needs replacing. The propane tanks should be safetied. I have just discovered (today) that the fridge is broken because this model is not made for trailers in Canada. If you are moving it to a temperate climate it can most likely be repaired, if you are living in a cold climate it will need replacing. The Airconditioner does not work. FINAL NOTES Anything that makes this off the grid has been removed because it was broken but can easily be reinstalled if that is something you want to do. Details are as follows: -The furnace was removed but the wiring and gas line are easily accessible and the ducts are still underneath the undercarriage, I have made meticulous notes of the location of the vents if you want to put one back in. I just use a space heater and find that ample and safer. - The storage water tank has been removed because it was icky and the pump was broken. If you want to replace it the water lines and electrical can easily be re-hooked up because I have kept them in place. - The control centre is not working, it"s ornamental. - I removed the stickers from the caps and it looked awful so I spray painted over it, this is not the ideal solution but it looks better than it did. - I have spent so much time making everything perfect and discovered yesterday that there has been some water damage to the shower wall. I have photos that will be up on the website, you can barely see it, but it is there. I"m so upset this happened because I wanted everything to be perfect. I have gone to great effort to try to find the culprit and think I found it in a gap in the caulking around a vent which I have fixed. - The exterior is in very good shape for 50 years but it does have some dents and scratches, I have documented them all.
