This is a great camper that could be used for summer adventures, ice fishing shack, or a tiny house in your backyard.
That being said it also needs some TLC in it"s future too. The majority of this camper is original from 1968. As with many things 50 years old it needs a little attention and love. This is the perfect camper for someone who wants something now, but also has dreams of adding their own flair in the future.
The floor is in very solid condition, although it has ugly linoleum ;(
Bathroom is original. If it is to be used it needs to be upgraded.
All cushions in very good shape. Newly upholstered dining cushions.
Sink, Stove (beautiful turquoise blue enamel) , Refrigerator (runs very cold), and Lights all work, and all original.
New tires, exterior lights, propane hoses all newly updated from Jerry"s Camping Cente, Madison Wi. in May 2017
At one point the roof must have leaked, this has created some deterioration around some windows, and one pretty bad section near the back. The areas around the windows and ceiling are surface and the veneer could easily be replaced. The area near the back end would need reinforcement or replacing sooner then later.
Roof has been recently sealed and has not leaked. All our rain has been a very good test, and it is leak-proof.

No funky smells.
