Vehicle description
1967 Mci 5a bus conversion 8v71 Detroit Diesel 4 speed spicer transmission 144 gallon diesel tank 8-10 mpg 2 max fans 1 rooftop ac unit 4 6v deep cycle house batteries 35 foot long
This bus conversion has been my full time residence for the last 5 years as I’ve traveled pretty much full time. I regularly drive between Colorado, Arizona, California and Mexico. The 8v71 is a very reliable engine that is relitively easy to work on, no fancy computers in this old lady. With its fuel economy and reliability this couch has been a proven platform for my travels.
90% of the conversion is recent and ready to hit the road. Some minor carpentry and exterior paint is on my todo list for next summer
Any questions please message me. Vehicle is currently in denver Colorado
Delivery anywhere in the USA is negotiable

IN MY OPINION The coach needs minor interior carpentry such as molding, baseboards, and trim pieces to be 100% I would also recommend a new exterior paint job to bring back the shine of the coach. New leather captain chair to match the serta couch would also be a great addition. If you cook a lot maybe a larger fridge would be easy to install, since it is pre wired for electric. I recently removed the generator to install a newer quieter design. Since i am selling it you may want to add a generator to be fully self contained. There is a genorator bay already premiered. Although these are just recommendations as I have been traveling in it full time nothing has to be done before you can hit the road.
