1967 King Midget Model 3
Complete body-off restoration in 2015 Roughly 400 miles since restoration. New body from Midget Motors. The cab was made by a local cabinet maker. The motor is strong and starts right up every time. The bed is a Cushman with a Cushman rear end and new Comet clutch. Interior was custom made as well as carpet. Tilt steering column is from a late model GM. All lights, turn signals, flasher work well. Adjustable snowmobile shocks in the rear. Walnut dash. 1929 Model A front bumper. Set up to pull a small trailer (trailer not included). Street legal, cruises nicely at 30-35 mph, top speed ~50 mph. Many hours were spent designing and putting this car together.
King Midgets were manufactured in Athens, Ohio until 1970. This is a fun car to drive and show. Plus it will fit in a pickup truck"s bed. This car will be a great addition to your collection.
