Nearly everything has been updated, replaced, repaired, or installed by current owner.
Sleeps 3. Has a slat style pull out bed with new custom sized futon mattress, and dinnette conversion for additional sleeping area. Ample storage in cuboards, drawers, a closet, and under bed and bench spaces as well.

The awning is a waterproof tarp with keder glued and sewn on, rope-and-pole style. Comes with telescoping poles and weighted pole stands. The tires have around 10 miles on them, and a new spare is included.
Not self-contained. No leaks.
Great little trailer, easy to tow! Approx 2,500lbs dry weight (according to Aristocrat"s original ad)
