1967 Safari Airstream. This safari is a great camper for someone looking for a vintage airstream. We bought this airstream from a older couple that used it. We were just starting to remodel it. But were moving and can"t take it with us. I was putting the bench bed seat back down. We bought some new hard wood floor for the airstream. This floor is not the cheap hard wood flooring. That goes with the airstream. Almost 2k worth of hard wood flooring. Airstream has stove, oven, sink, tub, toilet, and shower. Has a newer a.c. unit. The trailer had axle updated to big brakes and bearings for trailer brakes. The electrical breaker box has been updated. The airstream was polished several years ago, so it wouldn"t take very much for it to get back to the mirror finish. I am sure I am leaving something out. But the airstream was used and has had things updated on it. It has some minor dings and scratches. The table,wind screens, closet door and book shelf pieces are in bathroom area. Just took a lot of stuff down to paint and redo bench bed area to get ready for new hardwood floors. The airstream pulled good. This model weighs around 3000 pounds. So its pretty lite. This model is pretty hard one to find since it was the cool curved glass. They do crank out and open. It also has the original hard to find screens. This is the perfect size airstream for a family. Has the full bed up front and when bench is built back for second bed or bunk beds could be installed. This airstream is not to small and not to big. That"s one reason the safari model is so hard to find. Redone as you can see on there selling for 30,000 plus. So this one one just needs a few good weekends of hard work and its there. Sold as is.
