I bought this trailer 10 years ago in Ohio. Never used it for camping, and is not camping ready, used it for showering and extra sleeping space. Trailer is in good to very good condition, solid floor except rot right inside the door, and inside the battery storage compartment (see pictures). I removed the original floor tile to show the condition of the floor. The shell is in very good shape for 50 years old, some small dents. All the glass is Corningware , except the small window next to the door is plexiglas. Tires have less than a 1000 miles, but are 10 years old. Axle is original, brakes are electric and work. All the wiring is original, I only used the 12 volt for lights and water pump. It needs a new furnace . The cook top works but the pilot for the oven won"t stay lit. The refrigerator is original but doesn"t work. Hot water heater works, 10 yrs old. The pluming works in the shower, but both bath and kitchen sinks are disconnected. All the copper water lines should be replaced with Pex. The waste lines all work. The 30 gal fresh water tank doesn"t leak,water pump is 8 years old. The cushions are like new, front and back windows have screens, as do the three roof vents. All the sofa wood frames need repair. I have a clean Minnesota title for the trailer. This trailer is being sold as is so please ask questions if you have any before biding.
