All new apex plumbing , new Kitchen sink faucet ,new bath sink faucet , 50 Amp Service with new wiring and breaker box , new axle 5000 lb from inland rev , new tires and wheels specific for trailer duty , two 30 gal propane tanks , all new gas lines , new six way trailer plug baked by 12 volt fuse box , trailer brakes new wiring , backed by fuse box , new gas alarm detector , DC digital multi function meter , new 12 volt wiring water pump new Dometic 2510 gas electric refrigerator, new Dometic 310 series porcelain toilet , new Samsung microwave oven, new 10 Gallon Atwood hot water heater , with 110 or propane , new Carefree awning , new progressive Dynamics 70 amp power converter , new heavy duty gel battery , no acid fumes as with wet cell battery’s control center for Dometic Penguin 15000 , new Springs fashion window shade with dual filters , new new Atwood propane Cook top , new door hinge pin door screen replaced , new belly pan , new black water retainer box , new interior 12 volt lite covers , all LED bulbs , new black water waste valve , frame Por 15 , all new insulation at ext floor , new 12 Volt Master Switch , all new old stock lighting on exterior , new Armstrong linoleum floor . Too much more to list , 20 K invested with 1800 HRs of Labor , exterior skin is not perfect but no major damage , I have not seen a Safari on the internet that surpasses this one . Those are the Pros the only Con I can say is no gray water tank ,but I always do a full hookup site , no need for one . I have taken on another Restoration of 1951 Silver Streak Clipper , and have enjoyed the Safari ,now it’s time to let her Go , Harry
